Your Carolina Beach getaway is calling! Steps from the beach, this bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo is updated and ready to make your beach getaway an enjoyable one. The main level is ideal for gathering with friends and family. Open concept makes cooking a meal and hanging together easy. Open a bottle of wine and enjoy stunning breathtaking sunsets over the waterway from the back deck. You might even get lucky and see a dolphin or two!
The kitchen is well stocked with all the conveniences of home: stainless steel pots and pans, large stock pot for seafood boils, chef knives, air fryer, wine chiller and plenty of assorted glassware for all your beverage needs! There is a large dining table and outdoor seating for al fresco dining.
On the upper level you will find three bedrooms with queen size beds, spacious closets with ample hangers and luggage racks for your convenience. Each room has a TV. The primary suite has an en-suite bathroom and private patio overlooking the canal and a glimpse of the ocean. It`s the perfect place to hang out in the evening while the kids wind down and hear the ocean waves.

- 0.4 miles to Carolina Beach Pier and High Tide Lounge and Tiki Bar and Freeman Park
- 0.6 to North End Cafe / Mini Mart (great breakfast burritos)
- 1.2 miles to Nollies (best Mahi Tacos), Stoked (casual waterfront restaurant), Sea Witch (bar vibes with live music) and Island Burgers & Bites (don`t judge a book by its cover.. the burgers are legit!)
- 1.4 miles to the Boardwalk: Arcade, Uncle Vinny`s Pizzeria, Carolina Smokeshop, Shuckin` Shack, Crush and Grind Coffee and Wine, Fudgeboat, Britt`s Donuts, Malama Cafe, Celtic Creamery, Havana`s Restaurant, just to name a few!
- 2 to 2.5 miles to grocery (Publix and Food Lion)
- 2 miles to Carolina Beach Lake Park (playground, peddle boats and walking trail)
- 6 miles to Fort Fisher State Historic Site
- 7 miles to North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher
Our condo is next to the pool and you will have two designated parking spaces. Please let us know if you plan to arrive with more than two vehicles so we can inform the HOA and let you know where additional guest parking can be found. The garage is currently locked off for owner storage. Please let us know if you plan to rent a golf cart so we can ensure there`s an extension cord available for charging.

Summary: We recently stayed at the Carolina beach condo “rosé all day”This was a very cute place and perfect for my Family. The 3 bedrooms upstairs have everything you need with the master having a nice balcony overlooking the sound. Kitchen was fully stocked if you’re cooking, and beds are super comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to see some shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms (especially since I forgot ).Beach access is about 300ft away and there is a pool if you don’t want to be bothered with the sand.The other residents were super friendly as well.If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to relax and recharge rosé all day may be the perfect place for you.
